Many new supervisors and managers struggle to address the major shift in mindset and relationships that must happen when they move into leadership. For example, how to set and maintain boundaries? Join our lead facilitator Angie Myer for an engaging and insightful conversation on the challenges this presents and best practices for overcoming them. The structure of this session will be open and honest conversations, so come ready to reflect, question, and engage with peers that are going through the same thing.

Together we will:

• Explore difference between mindset of employee, supervisor, manager, leader
• Discuss important boundaries to hold to be most effective
  
• Compare differences in Managing Tasks and Leading People - and which to use when
• Practice real-life scenarios with the skills provided
• Much discussion & reflection

Who should attend? New supervisors/manager and/or those wanting to learn more about setting & maintaining boundaries with their coworkers

“get in shape” to lead their teams with confidence and skill: Welcome to Leadership Bootcamp

The Bootcamp is designed to supplement the soft skills taught in Mindful Manager (which can be completed before, during, or after) by focusing on the basics of successful leadership, in mindset and skill.  These four 2-hour workshops will be offered monthly in Fall 2025. Enroll in just one or all of them. If you complete all four, you will be awarded a Welcome to Leadership certificate/digital badge.
