Participate in our new Welcome to Leadership Bootcamp for the basic skills of supervision!

Much of the fun of work, especially in the nonprofit world, comes from teamwork. However, it is often the most overlooked and under-invested part of a supervisor's job as you try to juggle new responsibilities. Join lead facilitator Angie Myer and peers to explore easy ways to engage your team you can implement right away. The structure of this session will be open and honest conversations, so come ready to reflect, question, and engage with peers that are going through the same thing.

Together we will:

• Explore strategies for building trust as a new leader
• Contrast engaged and non-engaged employees and the effects on the organization
• Identify strategies to increase engagement that work for your team
• Learn to identify individual team member motivations
• Discuss techniques for leading a team through the stages of development
• Practice real-life scenarios with the concepts provide
  
• Much discussion & reflection

Who should attend? New supervisors/manager, or anyone looking for additional support in developing their teams. This goes beyond Mindful Manager Team Development, but MM10 is not pre-requisites.

Nonprofit Solutions is excited to announce a new 4-session program to support new supervisors & managers as they
“get in shape” to lead their teams with confidence and skill: Welcome to Leadership Bootcamp

The Bootcamp is designed to supplement the soft skills taught in Mindful Manager (which can be completed before, during, or after) by focusing on the basics of successful leadership, in mindset and skill.  These four 2-hour workshops will be offered monthly in Fall 2025. Enroll in just one or all of them. If you complete all four, you will be awarded a Welcome to Leadership certificate/digital badge.
