Space is Limited - Secure Your Spot Early The world of fundraising is changing. How do we adjust and pivot appropriately? In this revamped Development Working Group (formerly Development Director Learning Group), development professionals will receive consulting from experts and input from peers to increase effectiveness of your next Development Plan. Our executive working groups emphasize practical learning and are designed to provide optimum engagement. NEW FORMAT: To honor your continuum of learning, we are offering an intensive format over two Fridays. Each day consists of two modules with one week in between for reflection, planning, and implementation of topics. Even if you have taken the Development Director Learning Group before, this Working Group can be valuable as you create your 2026 Development Plan. The focus on working through your own plan in a collaborative setting allows you to participate yearly if you'd like. Schedule: - Friday, March 13, 9:00am - 3:00pm (30 minutes for lunch)
- Friday, March 20, 9:00am - 3:00pm (30 minutes for lunch)
At the end of the retreat, you will leave with a vision, goal, and plan to enhance 2026 fundraising. Working alongside your peers in the field will further create strength and passion for the communities we serve. We welcome you to join us for collaboration and new insights!
