Successful organizations foster cooperation and collaboration in others through trust-building and relationships. Team members maintain commitments/accountability to the team, demonstrating a shared commitment to the organization’s mission and goals. In this workshop, participants will: - Self-reflect on past participation with teams and current dynamics.
- Define team.
- Describe the four stages of team development.
- Discuss characteristics that strengthen and weaken teams.
- Explore how differing behavioral styles influence team dynamics and identify strategies to adjust to improve communication.
- Develop next steps to anchor learning & implement change.
Who should attend: Individual Contributors, Emerging Managers, and Managers. This workshop is one of ten workshops in the Mindful Manager Program. Pre-work should be completed prior to the workshop in order to maximize learning. It will be in a Google folder link found in your confirmation email.
