As artificial intelligence is capable of taking over more execution work, employers and employees can harness it to enhance, not replace, human capabilities—essentially creating a partnership where AI handles tasks it’s best at, and humans focus on areas requiring judgment, creativity, empathy, or complex decision-making. This interactive and insightful session will focus on the importance of upskilling and reskilling, while also addressing the potential AI risks of over-reliance, bias, skill atrophy, and other ethical concerns. AI doesn't have to replace our jobs and lower workplace performance; it can improve our jobs and workplace performance. By integrating uniquely human strengths such as creativity, empathy, and judgment into AI-supported work, employees can reach new heights and organizations can better meet their missions.
