Join us in this deep dive into how to create effective and actionable reports to demonstrate your organization’s results. This hands-on and interactive workshop explores storytelling and the role of data in presenting a compelling narrative for funders and stakeholders. We begin by determining whether you are collecting the right data to tell your story, then learn best practices on compelling, clear, and actionable storytelling. The goal is to leave with the beginning of a plan, so you will be reflecting on your specific reporting needs and guided through the process of crafting an action plan to share your impact with your community. In this workshop, you will: - Use data visualization to tell a story and generate intended action
- Explore which measurements support your organization’s mission
- Learn the best practices for collecting and reporting data
- Create an action plan for utilizing data to report your impact
Who Should Attend? Program managers, Operations professionals, Development staff, and Executive Leadership of new or small to medium nonprofit organizations. Facilitated by Luiza Campos, MBA NOTE: This is a two-part workshop on Tuesday & Wednesday
