Do you know the difference between coaching and managing? Effective coaches communicate for influence to attain buy-in and support of goals. They provide feedback, guidance and support. Through coaching, the talents and abilities of the team members are developed. In this workshop, participants will: - Self-assess current coaching abilities.
- Define coaching; distinguish between coaching and performance supervision.
- Identify team members that will most benefit from coaching.
- Develop next steps to anchor learning & implement change.
