HR Fast Track is a Nonprofit HR Accelerator Program, offered in partnership with Nonprofit Solutions and Mission Edge, that delivers comprehensive, practical human resources training tailored for today's nonprofit sector. This program is thoughtfully designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities organizations face, blending on-demand learning with personalized, one-on-one support. HR Fast Track equips nonprofit leaders with essential HR knowledge to operate strategically, ensure compliance, maximize impact, and prepare for sustainable growth.

What You Get

• Six 1-hour weekly asynchronous training sessions, where you'll delve into key HR topics, guided by industry experts
• Self-service HR Portal with hundreds of forms, policies, templates
• Up to ten hours of dedicated 1-on-1 HR support with an expert Mission Edge HR Business Partner, focused on your specific needs & goals
  

What to Expect

1. You will begin by completing an online HR Assessment to share your current HR practices, challenges, and needs. (Link received in the downloadable instructions in your confirmation email.)
2. Within 24-48 hours, you will be contacted to schedule an intake call with a Mission Edge staff member.
3. You will be assigned an HR Business Partner who will contact you to start your HR Journey.
4. Over the next 12 weeks, you will schedule 10 one-hour sessions with your HRBP tailored to you and your organization's needs.
5. Before, during and after, you will have access to the on-demand recorded trainings and proprietary self-service HR Portal.
